Job Description:

3KV is a growing independent distributor of networking equipment. We are a well-established company with global Headquarters in Munich and we are looking for International Account Representatives. This position takes fortitude, ntrepreneurial instinct and top relationship building skills to be successful.The International Account Representatives will be responsible for the sale of  network components and services of the 3KV GmbH. The chosen candidates will have the opportunity to build  their own customer base by prospecting servicing and nurturing an account base.

Job Summary:

• Aggressively cold call into emerging networking markets across Europe
• Develop and maintain prospective customers domestically and internationally

Experience / Requirements:

• 2+ years sales experience,
• Good command of English together with at least one of the following language skills (German,   Polish, Slovak / Czech, Russian, Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian, Hungarian, Romanian, Italian, Turkish,  Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Portugese, Mandarin)
• Aggressive, result-driven, initiative, and self-motivated with strong negotiation skills
• Strong with computers & internet
• Must be a good team player and able to work under pressure
• Must be organized and able to multitask
• Commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality and manage proprietary data
• Knowledge of selling strategies and ability to overcome customer objections
• Researching diligently for customer leads using the internet and other researching tools
• Excellent Communication skills
• Heavy cold calling and prospecting of customers to advertise the value added services that 

3KV has to offer:

• Negotiation of price with customers and keeping up with market trends
• Interfacing with the Purchasing team
• Relationship building and full account management
• Qualifying leads and requirements from customers
